Whatd up Wednesday?? Here's whats up with us! 12:10 Mellow Endurance Yoga with Carolyne: This practice will offer you a space to unwind your mind as you flow through the rhymes of deep integrated strength base movements & breath work. Come connect to your deepest muscle layers, your true core!
5:30pm Warm & Easy with Pam: A cozy warm room welcomes you, with the focus more on stretch than strength, but there will still be challenges to conquer. Similar to the hot classes but with less heat, less sweat but more stretch. Fantastic!
7pm Mellow Endurance Yoga with Katherine: A little tonic for your body in this class. With the focus on understanding your low back and hips and then gently building the strength and flexibility that it requires for radiant health.
