 Go for Gold is a well set up facility that has an amazing group of people behind it! Having been trained by the resident person trainer, Lindsay Stieh for almost a year now. I can honestly say her approach to training is both compassionate, knowledgeable and encouraging.
If you're looking to get away from the 'gym crowd' this is definitely the place to be!
