Good Morning Curlers!!

With the Scotties Tournament of Hearts well under way, we hope you join us in cheering on hometown Team Duncan! We are so proud of these ladies and what they have accomplished this season!  What an exciting way to lead us into our first week back on the ice!  

First off, we wanted to thank each of you for your patience and understanding as we once again look to implement the necessary processes required by the latest Provincial mandates on re-opening.

We would also like to apologize for the many, many emails from the Check n app you received over the weekend.  There appeared to be an error in the system when we sent out the original Check’n link which triggered a duplication.  Moving forward this should not be an issue.

So far, quite a few of you have scanned in your vaccination QR code.  For those that missed the deadline on the link, don’t worry! We will be sending another one out today. If you receive another notification, and you have already submitted your results, this is because your vaccination record was not successfully uploaded, so please fill out the form again. Please ensure you follow the steps to either scan or upload your QR code and click “verify” after your date of birth before submitting the survey.  If your are successful you will see 2 green checkmarks indicating you have completed the verification. 

For those that are having trouble with the process and/or are unable to complete the process, please bring your vaccination record with your QR code to the Centre on your first day of curling and we will have a few volunteers available to support.

Once again, we are mandated to re-check your status before allowing re-entry and are looking to reduce the impact this process has on your curling experience as much as possible.
