IMPORTANT: SCREENING PROCEDURES AT WOODSTOCK CURLING CENTRE
Happy Friday, Curlers,
We are getting so so close to the start of our curling season. I am sitting here at the Centre writing this and taking in all the hard work of volunteers to help get the centre and the ice in tip-top shape. It looks so good and I can’t wait for everyone to enjoy it!
Over the weekend you are going to receive an email with the subject line “CurlON’s contact tracing APP”. This is very important to you so do not send it to trash or junk right away.
In the e-mail there will be a unique QR code. This QR code is what you will use to check in every time you come to the Centre. You will want to save the QR code to your phone in your pictures so you can bring it up.
When you arrive at the Centre, you will scan your QR code to check in. For those that don’t have devices, don’t worry, we have alternative methods for you to check in :) We will have people on hand to walk you through the process for the first week or so!
We know this is a little different then what you have experienced in the past but we will get into a new routine very soon. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work together to make sure our Centre is a safe environment.
On Sunday we will be sending a detailed email with all the info you need to come curling: safety protocol reminders, how to access schedules and team listings. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we dust off the Covid closure’s cobwebs and work with the new system upgrades we have made.
