Hello Curlers, 

Our instalment plan is now available for the 2021-2022 season. This allows you to pay for your curling fees over a 6 month period from June-November. It also helps cover some off-season expenses we have at the Centre so it really is a win-win! You can register for the instalment plan online here: https://woodstock.curling.io/en/products. We will get in touch with you about league registration in the fall (see instructions below). 

We are hopeful that we will be able to proceed with the 2021-2022 season. Opening up the instalment plan is just one way we are starting to put positive vibes out there! We cannot wait to get back out on the ice. In the event that we cannot move forward with curling this season, full refunds will be made available to anyone that requests them. 

Here are instructions on how to register for the instalment plan: 

• Select your option from the product list (Adult Unlimited, Adult One League, etc.) by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. This will take you to your cart where you can check out.
• To check out you will need to click where it says “Login required”*. You have two options to log in 1) Login with a link that is sent to your email or 2) Login with Google authentication. 
• Once you are logged in, select your profile and proceed with the check out. When you arrive at the check out page, you will be able to select that you would like to pay via the instalment plan. You can indicate your method of payment (e-transfer or cheque). 
• If you would like a locker for the 2021-2022 season please select to have your locker rental included in your total price. 
• Click Save and Continue. This will take you to the Submission page. To submit, click on the Cash/Cheque button and hit the submit button. 
• You will receive an email with your order details including your order number, monthly payment breakdown, and e-transfer instructions. 

*Note: If you are already logged in, it will say “Information Required” instead. 

Postponed Memberships from 2020-2021 

If you decided to carry your paid membership from 2020-2021 over to the 2021-2022 season, you can let us know of your return by selecting the Postponed Membership option from the product list.
