We were hoping to be able to support some form of curling this year, however, with the financial implications and the ongoing and unpredictable environment we are currently living in, the Woodstock Curling Centre has made the very difficult decision to remain closed this season.

We are reaching out to you because you had elected to pre-register and we wanted to ensure you were aware of your options.  

If you registered but did not make payment, or, if you have already reached out to the Centre, then please disregard this request.

Please send us an email indicating your preferred refund option.  

Your options are as follows: 

1) Full refund
2) Defer to next season
3) Make a full or partial donation

We are working diligently to ensure we process the requested refunds as quickly as possible, we ask that you please let us know by Friday October 30^th.  

We thank you for your patience in this matter, for those who have requested refunds, we will have cheques mailed out to you the first week of November.
