IMPORTANT UPDATE: WOODSTOCK CURLING CENTRE CLOSING IMMEDIATELY FOR COVID-19
Dear Woodstock Curlers,
In light of recent developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to close the Centre for the remainder of the curling season effective immediately.
Even though there has been no confirmed cases in Oxford County to date, we are taking these proactive measures to prioritize the health and well-being of our curlers, guests, and the public.
This means that unfortunately all league play will come to an end early. The City of Woodstock has cancelled March Break Curling Camp. Spring Fling will be postponed to the 2020-2021 season. The Board is already making plans to host a season opener, a Fall Fling. If you have already paid your entry fee for Spring Fling, this will be transferred to our fall event. Refunds are available upon request. We will send out information about locker cleanout and a few other housekeeping things like the 50/50 and elimination draw within the next few days.
We definitely didn’t want to end what was an amazing curling season like this. Over the past month, we have been working on a new online registration system and will get details of how you can sign-up for our installment plan for the 2020-2021 season within the next couple of weeks. This system will offer you the chance to sign up for leagues, manage your own curling profile, check out your league schedule and standings, and register for events, like the Fall Fling, online. Next season will be even bigger and better and we look forward to seeing you all on the ice.
Please feel free to contact Danielle, Tim, or Alison (see below) or email us at curl@woodstockcurling.com with any questions or concerns.

The Board would like to thank everyone for understanding. Thank you all for one of our most successful curling seasons yet! We wish everyone a healthy and safe summer.
Sincerely,
Your WCC Board of Directors
